On peut observer <strong>une augmentation significative des expulsions, des r\u00e9novations et des reprises de possession au cours des quatre derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es<\/strong>. Les donn\u00e9es figurant sur cette carte <strong>ne repr\u00e9sentent que la pointe de l'iceberg<\/strong>, car de nombreuses expulsions ont lieu sans que les locataires ne contactent la CAPE au pr\u00e9alable.
