What we do

Our collective was born in spring 2019, when we met with community groups, activists, and artists to co-devise future projects. So far, our work has focused on awareness raising, co-research and supporting Parc-Extension organizers to advocate for affordable and better living conditions in the neighbourhood.

In consultation with community groups, we created the brochure “What you can do to counter the harmful effects of gentrification in Parc-Extension”, a guide for new residents, students, businesses, and community groups. We distributed the brochure at various community events, through our networks. You can download it from this site.

We are also collecting oral histories of residents in Parc Extension being threatened by evictions, in collaboration with the Comité d’Action de Parc-Extension. If you have a story to tell, please contact us.
